Which I understood and moved on from. My issue was when I picked up my car I planned on waiting around until they were done with it I was being driven by my parents and they needed to go do something so after it being there for 2 hours I came back to knowingly wait. Well shortly after getting there they said it was done. So I went out to the car and the battery was dead and there was this device on my visor. I went in to ask them for help with it and the technician that came out was so rude and condescending towards me when I was very kind. He told me that I showed up prior to him getting done so that’s why the device was on my visor and not on the windshield. Next he was just totally rude and made me feel dumb about the battery. So I’m not certain I’ll be back. It seemed to be a little bit unorganized.

Extremely friendly, quick, and reasonable prices. Not the cheapest but I’ve always felt like I get my money’s worth and that’s coming from someone who usually chooses to DIY. The rust treatment was extremely thorough and climbing under the truck I can see they really got each nook and cranny. Well worth it for a moderately used truck in the rust belt. Definitely will be using these guys again for anything I can’t do myself.
