- RGRichard Gleeson1 day ago5.0I recently had an urgent matter pertaining to my automobile that I had purchased from Keystone Volvo in Berwyn, PA. I hit a pothole which resulted in damage to both tires and rims on the right front and rear of the vehicle. After having the car towed to Keystone, I left a note requesting that they do the repair work at their shop. This was Christmas Eve and we all know that work hours are sporadic during that time of year. Fortunately for me, through the good graces of John, Pierre and Larry, in the service department, my holiday was salvaged. I might add that this is the fifth purchase that I have made from their sales representative, Alan Kirsch, over the years. Alan and the management at Keystone Volvo have always made me feel like a valued person as opposed to being just another number like so many of other dealerships!

It felt as if they completely lacked accountability. Their third party vendor is reaching out to me a month and a week after the purchase for more documentation with emergency timeline during the holiday season to make it quick before the temp tag expires which was never explained before during the sales process. I would expect this message to be reviewed and for someone to reach out to me to work toward a resolution, rather than letting it go unanswered.

Alan was exceptionally responsive when I identified a car I was interested in—he coordinated quickly to bring it down from their Doylestown location so I could test drive it right away. Working with Alan and the Keystone team is always straightforward and seamless. A special thank-you as well to Jordan, Keystone’s Product Specialist, for taking the time to walk me through the tech features in detail. I truly appreciate the level of care and service!

We went to test drive the Volvo, expressed we were still considering options and Scott was great! No pressure and a super nice guy. When we decided to go with Volvo, they worked up a deal for us, which was awesome - no haggling and straight forward. We went to pick up the car a couple of days later and had a great experience with Jordan. Scott went over all of the features and we were off the lot in just less than an hour. Highly recommend Keystone Volvo and if you go, ask for Scott!
- CSCharles SheehanDec 20, 20254.0I just arrived in Sarasota Florida and I’m so grateful to Keystone Volvo Berwyn for helping me get here. I had a major problem that occurred in Mount Laurel NJ. I had no idea how bad the problem was with my 2009 Volvo V70 wagon. I called around trying to get my car repaired but it was impossible. So I called the Cherry Hill Volvo dealership and they didn’t have the parts. So they suggested trying Keystone in Doylestown and I was prepared to call AAA and have it towed to Pennsylvania. I ended up in Berwyn instead. The whole staff greeted me and told me they had the right parts and that I needed a major issue. The garage boss, Woody, was explaining what the problem was when he opened up the engine cover. Too complicated to explain but they said they could get me back on the road that day!! And they were true to their promise. I’m so lucky that I got to meet all the staff and left with a feeling of complete confidence that they had put my car back together and I would reach my destination.
