Spent months shopping for a new car. Walked into this dealership and met Donovan. No pressure at all he listened to what I wanted and he made the whole experience very relaxed and easy. I would buy a car from him again anytime

Do not trust Diehl Ford of Beaver with your service. They will mislead, delay, and deny any wrongdoing on their part no matter what. I had my Explorer ST in there in Feb 2025 for general maintenance and an exhaust leak concern. While my vehicle was in, Diehl noticed a leak from what they diagnosed as my "oil pan" and they could repair it. I approved that, and when they were trying to get the exhaust leak fixed they "repeatedly received the wrong part from Ford". After several attempts, Diehl claimed to get the correct part and installed it on my vehicle. A few months later, I brought my car to another shop in my hometown NY for my state inspection. Upon putting my car on the lift, I discovered that my engine was still leaking oil and I had another exhaust leak from the area that was just repaired by Diehl the months prior. Upon calling Diehl, they told me to take my car to a Ford dealer and they would work with them. When I took my car to my local Ford dealer, they discovered that my oil leak was from my front axle seal (the front axle goes through the oil pan on the 3.0 models) and that the wrong part was installed on my vehicle. This was a shock as Diehl claimed to have put the right part on. My local Ford dealer showed me where on the parts catalog Diehl was ordering the wrong one, and was able to get me the correct part. However, Diehl refused to work with my dealer, telling them to tell Ford that it was a part failure and not an incorrect install and moving on to telling me to drive my vehicle without an exhaust pipe to have them work on it again. Mind you, this was a 4 hour drive that they wanted me to do with no exhaust, which is illegal. Fast forward to now, Diehl is not answering my calls and will not return my money. Massively disappointed with this dealer and would advise everyone to stay away.

I bought a really nice used minivan from here. There was a little noise in the front suspension during my test drive, and I brought it back to let them know about it. They were honest and fixed it for free, even though they weren’t technically obligated to under the warranty I bought. Very thankful. I had a great experience with Donovan who sold me the car and with Dominic who works in the service department

I wish I could give zero stars I would, but in order to write the review one star was needed. This dealerships service department has to be the worst around! They had my vehicle for SIX MONTHS! The first visit I was told the problem was the battery and after $780 in charges I was back a week later with the same issues. They then determined it was a wiring issue, but that it could be fixed. At first the communication was great, after several weeks I was reaching out to the to see how it was going with the repairs. The phone calls then turned into mobile text messages since I'm sure they no longer wanted to speak to me! I was never offered a loaner vehicle, when I asked about one I was told they did not have one. LONG story short after SIX MONTHS I asked for the vehicle back, I asked them to return the vehicle to me the way I dropped it off. I then made an appointment at another Ford dealership and they diagnosed the issue and the van was repaired in ONE WEEK!!!! I wish that was all, but no! Upon inspection of the vehicle at the new dealership, several parts were found broken, wires left bare, unplugged or smashed. The Dash harness was found pinched between the knee airbag and the dash under the glove box, pigtail wires were torn out, the PAM module was left unplugged under the drivers seat. Wireless ACC charging module was left unplugged and more! The new dealership gave me back the box of broken parts that Diehl caused and I was left with the repair bill over $3,000. At the end of the day the electrical issue that Diehl claimed it was, wasn't even that! It was a simple module in the tail light, a simple fix! I hope this helps someone else when you're making a decision of where to take your vehicle for service.....take it somewhere else!
