- JCJason CarneyDec 30, 20251.0I'd give their service department 0 stars if I could. I dropped my F150 off for a hard shifting issue into 8th gear. They "drove it" a few times and claimed they couldn't reproduce the issue, then tried to charge me $100+ for troubleshooting even under a Ford Protect bumper to bumper warranty. They eventually said they'd waive the fee and I picked it back up and took it to Moon Twp Ford. Moon Twp immediately noticed the problem, pulled it apart, replaced some bad seals, and had me sorted and driving with no issues in a few days. Don't go to Diehl. Make the drive to Moon Twp.

After getting a new Bronco sold out from underneath me, from another Ford dealer that will remain nameless (Fred Beans Langhorne, PA), I came to Diehl and was treated great. Donovan was “no pressure” type of sales guy, which I greatly appreciated. The best part was that they beat the other deal by a Grand! Loved that even more.

- BNBeth NicholsonDec 3, 20251.0We purchased a vehicle from Diehl Kia/Ford in Beaver Falls on August 7th 2025. Their service department is absolutely awful. Not only did they fry the blower motor during the detailing process. (they left the heat on in 90° weather indirect sunlight trying to dry the carpets.) but they also delivered a vehicle to us after grinding the outside of the front rotors and only replacing the outer brake pad. Leaving the inner front brake pads seized to the back of the rotor. The fast that they put an inspection sticker on a vehicle after doing this is absurd and just dangerous. They pushed us off on a different dealership to deal with the motor issue, which is backordered with no end in sight. The communication with that Diehl dealership has been horrible. Winter is hard with no heat or defrosters on a new to us vehicle. I will never deal with any Diehl dealership agin.
