Otherwise the tire was fine and could be repaired. Went to cranberry and four different places were all too booked up to help, even though I told them I was heading to a funeral in bridgeville and didn't want to risk the long drive on 79 doing 40mph on a donut. But the forth, NTB advised of 2 other locations and called my preference in gibsonia who told him to send me over. A gentleman (I assume the manager) was waiting for me in the parking lot, took a little info and took the car right in. They went above and beyond to help me quickly, gave me info on replacing the now twice used donut tire, and even gave me a sympathy card signed by all the employees. Thanks to you and the gentleman at the cranberry location. Barb
