  If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with Greg and Anthony was one of the most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with any business. These two are the definition of rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They sold us a lie — charged us over $3,000 for a “special exterior coating” to protect our RV, then never actually did the work. When we called them out on it and asked for an explanation, they didn’t show an ounce of accountability. Instead, they got nasty, condescending, and downright disrespectful. The level of attitude we got from them was shocking. You’d expect honesty and integrity from a place that deals with expensive RVs — instead, you get scammers with zero customer service skills. Anthony (MANAGER!)treated us like we were the problem for daring to ask where our money went. Camping World of Wood Village should be ashamed to have people like that representing their name. If you value your money, your time, and basic human decency, go anywhere else. These guys are liars and bullies, plain and simple. The pictures provided are the same day we brought it home with the watermark stains and no proof of paint protection. The trailer wasn’t even washed, repeatedly saying it’s a used unit we don’t do things to used units. The black tank wasn’t even flushed more than half full of previous owners shit. total disgrace.

  I’ve never dealt with a more rude, unprofessional, and dishonest group of people than Greg and Anthony at Camping World of Wood Village. From start to finish, our experience was a complete nightmare. We were charged over $3,000 for a so-called “special exterior coating” that was supposed to protect our RV from the elements. We later discovered that the coating was never applied at all — they flat-out lied to us. When we confronted them and tried to have a calm conversation about the issue, Anthony was incredibly disrespectful, dismissive, and downright nasty. Instead of taking responsibility, they gave us attitude and acted like we were the problem. There was zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero customer care. It’s shocking that a company as big as Camping World allows employees to treat customers like this. If you value honesty and basic respect, stay far away from Camping World of Wood Village — especially if you have to deal with Greg or Anthony.

  I recently brought my camper in for service as a new RV owner and made that clear to the staff. I was charged for a multi-point inspection, but they failed to identify that my slide support was failing—something that should have been caught during that inspection. Parts were not ordered on time (or at all), and the issue was only discovered at the end when I had them remove the charge from my bill. The office seemed disorganized, with confusion visible to customers, and overall communication was poor. The quality of work and attention to detail did not meet expectations, and customer service was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

  Bought a trailer from there like 5 years which was a disaster since everything was leaking in 2 weeks. Tried to call them to have it fixed and they said bring it to us. Told them I asked for it to be delivered since I didnt have a truck to pull it plus was living in it which I told them I would be doing but they didnt seem to care or offered any help refused to work with us. Then later on found a 2x2 in the line since the black tank valve wasnt closing. Went to them this time explained it all and they said we have new ownership and we promise to make it a better experience this time. So I took a chance and well it was a mistake. They barely worked with me charged me for everything. Then asked them hold it for a specific date and I was told on that day I would come to do the walk thru and then I would be delivered plus all the things I pointed out on the soft walk through would be fixed. Well I never got a call to confirm the date. So I called them and told them when I would be there. Arrived and nothing was done. Not even the cleaning and when I said something they said what was I expecting since they are not going to scrub it. I said no but for the price your charging for it I would of thought at least a wipe down would if of been nice. Which delayed the delivery by 3 hours. Then there was a part they needed to order but it wasnt going to arrive till afterward so the sales guy said I will deliver it to you. Yet its been 5 weeks and still haven't gotten it and everytime I call they tell me its ordered as soon as it arrives they will call but no call. Honestly it just seems like you matter till you sign the dotted line but once thats done you dont matter to them since they got their commission. Granted they have a good selection but the service is not worth it. I have tried 2 times there will not be a third time. Very disappointed.

  We stopped in at this location to purchase DEF and were greeted by Kenny. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about our systems. He imparted much knowledge to us that we NEVER received at the McGeorge’s location walk through in VA where we purchased our RV. Then Max stepped in to help us understand even more system information - again, info we should have received when we purchased. After having left PA the previous week to get to Portland, we got to talking with Kenny and Max about our parking issues at our son’s home in Portland and CW offered to let us stay/park in their lot for several days! When we arrived on Monday to pick up the RV and continue our journey to AZ to see another child, Max greeted us once again and helped us with even more info. We asked to speak with his manager to let him know how gracious they’ve been to us and how much time they spent with us helping us learn what we should have been told mths ago when we purchased the RV. We wanted the folks at the top to know what gems they have in their employees and how grateful we were for their hospitality and knowledge. TOTALLY WISH WE PURCHASED FROM THESE FOLKS!!
