Don't park here for a show if you want to leave quickly. One pay location on the ground floor, super long line to pay and a long line to get out. More than a hundred people in line to pay on foot then a line to get out in your car. Would benefit from more pay stations on each floor.

Took an hour in line to pay at the only payment spot open after a show! Avoid this place and park somewhere else!

This parking lot is one of the worst laid out places I have ever been. We spent 47 minutes getting out after a performance at the Schnitz. Walking blocks in the August summer heat is preferable to what we dealt with.

I don't usually bother rating or reviewing parking garages, but this one is exceptionally bad, standout bad, and deserves a warning. It's cramped, meaning the parking spaces are all really tiny which leads to people over the lines all over the place or taking up two spaces. The traffic flow is abysmal as well with crossing flows but only one entrance/exit, meaning extremely slow entry and exit during event times. We parked on the 5th level and it took almost half an hour to get to the exit. The ceilings are low, contributing to the cramped-ness and there is only one elevator bank. This also leads to long backups for people trying to enter or exit the garage on foot. There are stairs but they are pretty much exit only since there's no way to re-enter until you get to at least the second level.
When you finally get to the exit, the payment/paid ticket machine is positioned so poorly that there has to be an attendant taking each ticket and payment card for each vehicle. Yes, only one exit gate for the entire garage!
The only reason I gave two stars instead of just one is that in all fairness there's no filth or leaking/pooling water seeping through the floors. Admittedly a low bar to clear but I can imagine how this garage could possibly actually be worse.
