- JKJennifer Kezar6 days ago1.0Terrible customer service! Had one of their guys come out for an estimate on 12/18/25 for a shower door. Guy said we’d have a quote in 24-48 hours. Ten days go by….I give Coley’s a call and the lady who answered said the delay was due to the “estimate lady” being gone sick, and I should be getting a call the next day with my quote. Now to today, 1/7/26, after still receiving no estimate I call again. The lady says she’s so sorry, but their vendor doesn’t have the color in stock we are looking for, and Coley’s was trying to find an alternative, and they should know by end of next week. So, not only are we getting mixed answers, but they cant call customer to tell them they don’t have a color and go over other options? And it took three weeks to get that answer?? What a joke, Coley’s.
