- JGjake greerDec 22, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend buying from camping world in Medford. I bought a used camp trailer from camping world in July/august of 2025. I bought the trailer under the assumption that it had been inspected and everything was good. My wife and I drove over from K Falls to pick up the trailer. We signed the paperwork and headed back towards Klamath. Half way home, we blew a tire on the trailer. We changed the tire and made it home. I took the trailer the next weekend and bought new tires. I started getting the new to us trailer ready for archery season at the end of august. I went to take the tanks off to go have them filled. I took the plastic cover off the tanks, and they weren’t even fastened down, and the tanks were left on. That’s straight up dangerous! There’s also other things wrong with the trailer as well that I’m going to have to spend money on. The seals on the slide out are rotten. That’s gonna also cost a small fortune. But again, I bought this under the assumption that it had been inspected. If it was, I’m not sure what was inspected. I made a call over to camping world to express my disappointment. I explained to the head sales guy what was all wrong with the trailer. I was told that he was going to talk to his boss and I’d be hearing back by the end of THAT day. That’s been several months ago and I’ve still yet to hear from them. To me, that’s bad business. I will say honestly, that my wife and I love the trailer. I had been shopping for months and this trailer was pretty much everything we wanted. What I wasn’t expecting was to have to spend thousands to make it useable. This whole experience ruined our first experience of buying a trailer this way.

Kudos and THANK YOUs to Troy Brummett, Janna Ogien, Damion Kable, and Rob DuPunt; with special props to Jessica DuVall in her "best of show" costume; "Holy Cow." The halo she wore above her head suited her 'servant's heart' approach very nicely. A great and pleasant experience here from beginning to end, with some extra-appreciated bonus surprises included post-finish! Much appreciated; FIVE STARS!
- KSKristine SmithNov 11, 20251.0By far, the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I bought a brand new camper van, a purchase I had waited until my later years to get. Three weeks later, during an awning install, they drilled five holes through the ceiling of the van, instantly diminishing the value. Further, when an independent RV repairman inspected their work during the next rainstorm, it was found that not only did they not seal ANY of the five holes they drilled, they also never sealed the holes they made for the awning, nor did they even install the awning correctly. While they refunded me the awning install charge of 800, the corporate customer relations department chose to try to gaslight me and deny the value of the van is diminished even though multiple RV sources will state otherwise. They never took proper responsibility for their actions. I find Camping World’s behavior towards me after THEIR mistake appalling and insulting. It’s almost as bad as diminishing the value of a van I waited a lifetime to purchase. They should be ashamed of themselves.
