I arrived 8am and the guy who processes the truck rentals wasn’t in on time. Then they tell me there’s no truck available when there was one sitting in the lot. They said have a nice day. I certainly will elsewhere.

Then there was some confusion when the rental reservation that was made that could have ruined our day and delayed our whole move. Phoenix worked with his supervisors to take care of us, I will be forever thankful! Thanks Phoenix and Enterprise truck rental!
