- KKKKN1 day ago2.0I had a very rude salesman named Neil. He was kind enough to show me around several fifth wheels, but his manner was rough and his swearing is atrocious. He had trouble with slide outs or turning on lights so I think he was a new sales guy. When he found out I was a Christian he lightened up a bit and even later told me he was a Christian also, along with All the stuff said by a salesmen to tell you what you want to hear. I selected an RV and put a deposit down until I could check the length of the site I’d be putting it on. Neil told me the RV was 31 feet so i wanted to make sure it would fit. When I left, I checked the specs on the manufacturer site that said it was actually 35.8’. The site was only 32’ so I had to go back the next day and cancel. I told Neil I would not be buying the RV I intended to and requested my deposit back. That’s when he got literally angry- very angry and started swearing like a drill sergeant. He left the cubby and went to get Paul, who would process my deposit refund. Paul was extremely kind and made me laugh after he seemed to know what I’d just been through with Neil. Paul quickly processed my refund, talking to me the whole time about alternatives I might consider and he was helpful. But if I ever go back to view other RVs, it will never be with Neil as my sales guy.

They were very helpful and informative spent lots of time with us and were not pushy at all. They were a breath of fresh air!
