  Brandon in sales is easy to work with, honest, and really goes above and beyond. I have only the positive things to share about getting our car serviced at Volvo because of him! He has helped us out with a few services for our vehicle and has really gone out of his way to communicate clearly and assist us. He is a unicorn in the auto service world - thank you, Brandon!

  I would give more than 5 stars if it were possible. I had been dealing with a different dealer for several days but not getting anywhere close to a comfortable deal and at one point, that dealer just kind of left me hanging, telling me they would get back to me and then, not following through. At that point, I reached out to Volvo Cars Eugene, and within minutes I had direct contact with the General Manager, Brock. We discussed my preferences and within a very short time, I had the deal I was looking for on the exact same XC60 in both color combo and equipment, down to a T, thanks to Brock and Heath, their Sales Manager. They were not only quick to respond but sent me qoutes with all of the information I had asked for, and more. It got even better when Tairee, one of their Brand Ambassadors quickly helped me get everything they needed through emails and set up an appointment for me later that day to come in and take care of the paperwork, with Charbel, their Finance Manager. It was smooth, easy and painless and I was in and out in about an hour. After having been in the auto business for many years prior, and knowing how some dealers can make a trip to the dentist more pleasant then buying a vehicle, it was one of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Kudos to Brock, Heath, Tairee , Charbel and the whole Volvo Cars Eugene team. I will definitely be back when my lease is up.

  I was on a time crunch when I arrived for the annual oil change and checkup, when I added a front end alignment. With all that they got me out 10 minutes early. Awesome staff and great crew!

  My Experience at Volvo of Eugene was awesome! Mark the Sales manager and Tom Ross and Colton the salesmen were very professional and helpful. Tom Ross my hat is off to you went over and above to get the sales process finished. Great Experience 😊

  I brought my vehicle in for service and it was kept for over a month with little to no communication. During that time, I did not receive updates, and when I called to check the status, I was told the vehicle had not even begun to be worked on. After additional delays, I was informed more time was needed, and a loaner vehicle was finally provided. When I eventually received my vehicle back, the original issue had not been resolved, and additional problems had developed. Overall, there was a significant lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability throughout this experience. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing and not what I would expect from a Volvo service department.
