  Very grateful to find a shop that could get me in same day, do an alignment, and give me a thorough diagnosis without feeling like there was an “upsell” happening. Friendly staff, clean environment, and it was clear that several customers in there were regulars that had great report with the employees.

  Another delightful experience at Gills! They got my vehicle in right away, quickly did my routine oil change and also inspected another issues I am having with my vehicle, thoroughly explained their inspection process and what they found and what they believe it is and honestly told me it would be more cost effective to take my vehicle to a local business in town that specializes in the electrical issue I am having because their experience will allow them to get the job done much faster, and save me money on labor, by going to a speciality shop that has the knowledge to fix the problem quicker. Never feel like a number - Blair always remembers my name and greets me the second I open the door. Never feel rushed - if I ask a question or for an explanation, I get it, and they take time to make sure I do get it, never try to rush through a explaining just to get to the next task. I fully enjoy engaging in random conversations with Blair and the other sweet man that is up front often (Dave maybe) - great listeners, awesome sense of humor, and excellent eye contact and body language showing that they are engaged and interested in what I have to say! Like always, this is my go to shop. If there is anything they can’t do or know a fellow specialized business that can help me out quicker or cheaper, they ALWAYS take care of me!

  Another kind person had recommended this shop, and I’m so glad they did because it has been a great place to take my van, which has some strange issues, and they are really reasonable and great about trying to get things fixed without being quite so expensive. The Staff are very kind and knowledgeable.

  I called this location upset because I had just visited the point S tire location in Junction City where I live, after buying four new tires from that location. I needed my tires to be balanced because my car was shaking between the speeds of 60 and 70 miles an hour. At the location in Junction City they said “we balanced them but if there’s any more problems we will diagnose it for $150”. I didn’t feel like I needed to pay them $150 since I had just bought four brand new tires so I called another location, the West 11th location, who got me in that same day. I found out my tires were not balanced, and on top of that, they found a screw or nail in one of the tires. Then they told me that my rear brakes needed to be fixed sometime in the next year and didn’t charge me anything! Even though I didn’t spend any money at their location. Just because they want to make sure I was safe on the road. That’s customer service. This location is amazing. They have my business from here on out and I hope you’ll give them your business too, cause they deserve it. They’re good people, but stay away from the one in Junction City. Terrible people. Terrible.

  I brought my 2004 Dodge truck in for evaluation because another auto shop had a long list of expensive repairs they said I needed ASAP. Gill's Point S checked out my vehicle and went over their findings with me. No immediate repairs were needed and to just keep a watch on my power steering fluid. There was NO CHARGE for this service even though they spent their time and expertise with me. The other shop had charged me over a $100 to do this same kind of inspection even though they did a brake repair job at the same time. I highly recommend them for any of your auto needs. Being an older woman, finding an Honest & fair service is rare these days. Many thanks for their integrity and curtesy!!
