  We were greeted promptly by JJ at the service counter. He was friendly and efficient at checking us in and verifying the details of our appointment. He asked us if we needed a ride, verified the best contact number and gave us an estimated timeline. The contact throughout the day via text was timely and informative. The video of the vehicle checkout adds a welcomed transparency to the process. The completion of the process was once again efficient and thorough. JJ was a pleasure to work with.

  I am impressed with the quality of service at Audi Eugene. After some years of frustration with Audi Wilsonville I am sorry I didn't switch sooner. Ryan Armstrong is an excellent rep and the service technician who initially listened to me and asked to test drive with me also deserves acknowledgment. The car is happier, running better, than it has been for years.

  My service experience went well. The staff was friendly and helpful and kept me informed as to what was being done on my vehicle. Furthermore, I really liked how the service manager discussed potential options and approach for how to repair my car. I am on a budget and planning my car maintenance is really important to me.

  Initially, I would like to express my gratitude to the individual (Ryan Armstrong) who significantly altered my perception of the Service department at Audi. My previous experience with Audi's dealership in Wilsonville, Oregon was subpar. However, I decided to give the service department in Eugene an opportunity, and I am delighted that I did. Ryan Armstrong was exceptional. I had some dings and scratches on my rims and a gash on my left driver-side tire. I informed him about the situation that transpired with Audi of Wilsonville, where they failed to listen to my concerns regarding the rims that required repair. Due to the poor-quality photographs taken by Audi of Wilsonville, the company they employed missed two tires and subsequently blamed me, falsely claiming that I had stated only two rims needed to be repaired. Nevertheless, Ryan was understanding of my situation and delivered outstanding customer service. Ryan took me to the area and meticulously examined each tire with me, ensuring that everything was addressed. The communication and updates throughout the process were a welcome change. He thoroughly explained the procedures and ensured that I comprehended the work to be done on my vehicle. His calm and patient demeanor was impressive. Audi of Eugene and Ryan Armstrong have undoubtedly earned my future business. He epitomizes the standard for exceptional service department management.

  Having had a few 'glitches' (maybe it was nothing) I opted to get my car checked out just before the warrantee expired, and surprise! I needed a new battery, which was covered under the warrantee. (yay!) JJ and the service staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating, providing a video of the technician's findings and free Lyft home while the car was being serviced. Great all around.
