I talked to an employee about automatic transmission fluid exchange and was told a price and it was process they commonly performed. I heard a rattle and looked underneath my vehicle. One of the bolts holding the bottom engine shroud was missing. I returned for my next oil change and transmission service. After waiting an hour again, I was told by the manager that they would not perform secondary services today. I would have to return on another day. I left very angry and went to your competitor. Three strikes, you're out
