  Giving 1 star because I cant give 0 starts. Disaster from start to finish. Took my truck in for fluctuating engine temperature. First time there "we're unable to recreate the problem" Second time I was told it was the waterpump, after that got changed it was the radiator and when I then went to pick the truck up I no longer had a thermostat in my pickup. Even though no one mentioned anything about the thermostat being bad prior to this. I ask if this is gonna affect the my trucks mpgs, overall engine temp or performance and the answer was "no it won't affect anything other than that your engine will never get overheated". Hop in the truck next morning, get 3hrs down the road and the cooling tube for my turbo comes off and engine light comes on. I have my truck towed to a Ford dealership and they replace cooling tube for turbo and also flush my cooling system because I had "the wrong coolant" for my truck. When approaching Ryan about my recurring issues his response was "thats tough" and "ford charged you too much" so at first he offered $400 in store credit to use before the end of the year. This was on December 8th. Eventually after some arguing he granted me $200 cash. So after having spent almost $1700 at their mechanic shop, another $800 at Ford La Grande to fix Point S not putting the cooling tube back correctly and using wrong coolant according to Ford and now on top of that I ended up spending another $800 for having to reattach the waterpump. Fast forward and now my truck is sitting outside the ford dealership in Hermiston because when I went to have a thermostat put back in, they informed me that both the waterpump was not attached correctly and was leaking coolant as well as my engine failing the block test which indicates blown head gasket. My whole experience with Ryan & Heather especially has been a nightmare from start to finish. Taking 0 ownership and on top of that, having Heather yapping in the background on the phone call telling me I should show more appreciation. Appreciation for what exactly, having my truck misdiagnosed 3 times and spending thousands of dollars only to having to sell it as damaged goods? The only thing I appreciated from this whole experience was Guy's willingness to try and figure my truck out. Thats about it.

Other services include automotive repair for domestic, imports and diesel, engine oil change and metal fabrication for farm repair, flatbeds, pumpers amd more. No alignment services currently available. Payment options are cash, credit, in store commercial accounts and acima credit. Point S is a co-op, a group of independent tire dealers with retail locations established throughout the West.
