Long story short we purchased an RV, they couldn't deliver it to the camping world nearest to us so we had to drive 2.5 hours to the Eugene store. We were given the verbal that our RV was dropped off on Friday, we showed up Saturday morning and there was no RV, no paperwork and nobody answering from the other store. The Eugene team, though it was not their fault, were sincere and as helpful as possible. I believe we will be getting our trailer at some point this week and so far working with the Eugene team has been reassuring. Thank you guys!
