Once at home, we realized someone left the lights on, therefore draining the batteries (which they said need replaced and they are only a year old). Our trailer was also winterized because it is January and someone used the toilet and left their urine in there 🤢 Everything they told us needed fixed runs on battery, so it seems like maybe they drained the batteries intentionally. They also said there were damages to the roof and we should just file an insurance claim on everything so they can fix it, then buy it. Never again will we consider doing business at Camping World. They are a scam!

My 10 year old daughter and I were bit disappointed this last time, though, at the condition of the flag. It was waving so beautifully; however quite tattered and torn. Not exactly the sign of patriotism we’ve come to expect from this lot.

The most current time (the second time) i dropped it off on December 17th and needed to pick it up by December 29th. I had a list of repairs that would be covered under factory warranty. I was called the 23rd and said it could pick it up as some things were waiting on parts from the factory. I told service when I dropped it off that if out of all the issues I brought it in for there was only 1 that I absolutely HAD TO HAVE REPAIRED by the 29th. I was told it was completed. When I arrived the afternoon of the 29th to get the trailer, camping world hadn't even touched the trailer, the part was a dining room table that broke off its mounts and needed to be reinstalled and glued to the flood. Thats it. A 15 minute job. I have COMPLETE BUYER'S REMORSE FOR PURCHASING FROM CAMPING WORLD!
