- MLMx LoganDec 30, 20251.0Came in to get an alignment after talking to them over the phone, their alignment tech had a bad attitude towards me and told me they couldn’t do it because my truck would “mess up their machine”. Keep in mind I’ve worked in this industry and know that any full sized diesel is going to go into that rack with no problems. Went down to advantage down the road and they had it done the next day, plus it was cheaper, everyone was friendly, tech talked with me about the truck for a while and actually wanted to know what all I did new parts wise so he can get a better understanding on what he needs to do. Ever since they’ve been bought out it’s gone down hill and wouldn’t recommend going, everyone there has a bad attitude towards customers and seems like they hate their jobs. Skip all this bs with quality and make the extra 2 minutes down the road and go to somewhere that actually cares.
