Ed worked with the manufacturer to diagnose the problem, and even though in the end they did not complete the repair because the part had to be shipped to a different location, he was patient and very helpful. Would recommend based on customer service
- JWJeff WilliamsSep 12, 20255.0Took our tear drop trailer in to have the wheel bearings repacked and the breaks checked. They said it would be about $200. They called and said that the bearings are sealed, are in great shape and can't be serviced. They said the brakes were in great shape. NO CHARGE. Four years ago I asked another dealer for the same service and was charged a lot. Apparently they did nothing as the bearings are sealed. Thank you for your honesty. I'll recommend everyone to use Brothers.
