- CCCharles Catton5 days ago1.0Terrible signage to find the public parking area going in. You can only pay on line and there was intermittent signal on the level I parked. Outside access doors were locked when I returned at 10:30 pm and I had to talk my way into the condo and past the concierge to access my car. Wasted an incredible amount of time both entering and exiting. It’s hard to make a public parking experience unpleasant but they succeeded.
- VGViviana Garza5 days ago1.0They really need to get their signing straight. Took me 10 minutes to get out of the building cause I couldn’t see the visitor parking exit, just the residents one. Concierge wouldn’t even help just kept you locked in P2 elevator area.
- BTBonnie TangDec 12, 20251.0DO NOT PARK HERE!!! SCAMMERS!!! I paid for my parking at 6:28pm and they gave me a ticket at 6:42pm for unpaid parking. When I checked for an email receipt, I realized I never received one. Thankfully my parking hadn't run out yet and I was able to take screenshots/screen recordings as proof that I had paid BEFORE they sent me a ticket. If I didn't take this screenshot, I wouldn't have had proof that I paid prior to them issuing the ticket.
