- JGJen GJan 8, 20241.0If I could put zero stars I would. Do not go here for any interlock needs. They cancel your appointment at the last minute. They are always late and rude. Currently sitting outside the office which was supposed to open at 9 and it’s now 9:30 and there’s no one here. When you call them out on it they say well you should have been drinking and driving. We are fully aware that we should not be doing that and are paying for it. My friend had a problem and that charge finally helped him get clean. But every single month we have problems with the interlock. Then they charge you for something they did. Office is closed during your appointment time. Too bad pay us anyways. That is no way to run a business.

They apparently canceled an appointment on me but I received zero communication (no email, no phone call, no voice mail.) Drove out only to call the toll free number and find out they are closed on Mondays (the day of my appointment.)
