  Consistently terrible. Ever since this company took over, it takes several minutes to get in and out of the lot. The people ahead are confused, I’m confused. It feels like a different process every time. Not to mention, it’s less expensive to park downtown than here. I’m going to start parking down the street and walking.

  Why make parking so difficult in this day and age? If you find have a credit card you can't park. Most people have debit cards

  This is the worst lot for parking!!! Worse than the Ottawa Hospital. Unbelievable

  we have same case as M J had. we didn't get a ticket when going in the parking lot since the gate was open and nobody was there. On our way out, the guy was there and asked us for $7 cash. We asked how did we know if he was the gatekeeper, where is the parking ticket. He let us tap a square device and said the receipt will be sent to my email. I do receive an email later but it's not a parking ticket. it's from a number as the receiver with $7 and there was no business name, type or any meaningful info. That's first time I heard SP+ which was the sender of the email.

  The gate was broken so we couldn't get a ticket going in the parking. On our way out an hour later, the guy was there. He said "$5 if you have cash or $7 if by machine" he ended up changing us $9.50 on our statement as we paid with card, no receipt, no proof just a tap and go... He was dishonest in charging us. Not sure why paying cash was also cheaper...
