They’re friendly, organized, and make the whole process easy. The team in the back is just as solid. We had mistakenly purchased the wrong rims on our own, and the team at NAPA went out of their way to help us sort it out. Jacob even drove to Orangeville to pick up a part we needed. Throughout the day they kept us updated, explained what was going on, and only moved forward with work after checking with us first. Andrew called before installing a tire sensor so we could approve it, which I really appreciated. They also arranged Uber rides to and from the shop, straight to my house. It made the whole appointment fit seamlessly into my day. The shop has the feel of a small, honest, community business. The communication, effort, and professionalism were consistent from start to finish. Highly recommend them. They’ve earned our business for good.
