When you call the help line, they are completely useless and make you go upstairs again to validate it -again-, no matter how many cars are blocking the exit. The last 4 times I've gone there, there's been issues with the machines and people are getting frustrated. If you call Goodlife, they say they cannot do anything.

I pressed help button for assistance...waited and waited with no answer. Later in the day I also called the main office to express my concerns with their services and guess what, no answer!! I've been having issues parking here many times. Its very frustrating because I often visit the gym. I just wish they would get their act together.
