  I visited the Tommy Express Car Wash on Airport Road for the first time, and Ravneet was the one who helped me. He greeted me right away, walked me through the options, and made sure I understood everything before I pulled in. He was patient, polite, and never rushed me .My car looked great, and the whole visit felt easy because of him. Thanks to Ravneet, I’ll be coming back and recommending this location to others.

  ⭐ Worst Car Wash Experience – Feels Like a Scam This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. Today I went to Tommy Car Wash, and the staff told me to put my car in neutral on their sliding belt, which I did exactly as instructed. While on the belt, my car lightly touched the car in front according to them. Both me and the other car owner checked carefully and found NO damage at all on either vehicle. There was literally nothing wrong. After exiting the wash, I parked my car, and then their supervisor came to me and suddenly accused me of damaging THEIR property. Seriously? First they claimed car damage, which clearly did not exist, and when that failed, they changed the story and said I damaged their equipment. There were brushes between the cars, and no proof of any damage whatsoever. This honestly felt like they were just trying to make money off me by making false claims. Nothing was damaged — not my car, not the other car, and certainly not their property. This whole situation felt unprofessional, dishonest, and scammy. ⚠️ BEWARE: If you use this car wash, be prepared for false accusations after you follow their own instructions. I will never return and strongly warn others to stay away. I attached the photo as well from "Timestamp"

  As of now i really loved this unit of car wash as i am satisfied for receiving all the services mentioned by them in the top tier membership whereas some-others they just write number of things while there lowest and highest membership provide the same level of service in actual but tommy’s difference is quite evident nd i really loved there service its just m only concerned about the other reviews on there survey regarding the car’s body being damaging due to their car wash procedure and hoping all those would be false nd i ll never experience such situation as i love my car alot. Thanks nd kudos to the team

  🚨 ZERO STAR 🚨 This was a completely hostile and disgraceful interaction. I was verbally attacked, yelled at, and treated with outright hostility, with zero effort to listen, understand, or de-escalate, despite the matter already being handled. The conduct was unprovoked, reckless, and entirely indefensible. This incident reflects a total collapse of professionalism, training, and basic operational control. No employee behaves this way unless management has failed to set standards, enforce discipline, or maintain accountability. What I experienced should never occur in any customer facing business. If ownership or management has any interest in facts rather than excuses, I strongly urge reviewing the security camera footage from December 16 at approximately 5:00 PM. The footage will clearly show the conduct and how egregiously this situation was mishandled. This experience demonstrates a business that has lost control of its customer service standards. I am available to provide full context if management is prepared to address this seriously.
