  I am member of Tommy Express but I am not happy with there service specially on busy days. I have been paying 60 $ per month for their best wash but instead of the my work package they are giving me wash under there lowest package that is quality and when I complained they asked me come again I came again but still they used there lowest wash. This is the sixth time I have faced this issue. I hope from next time you will give my proper wash otherwise there is no point giving 60$ . I can pay 30$. Or don’t sell different packages if you can provide proper service as per package. I have had all for packages so I know the difference between washes.

  If you Download their app you can enjoy 30 days of FREE unlimited car washes 🚗✨ It’s a great spot and much better than the typical gas station car wash. Instead of cars stopping and starting, the belt moves vehicles at a constant speed, which helps long lines move quickly while still giving your car a really nice clean. 🧼 The only downside I noticed was that some people were using the free vacuum area even if they weren’t washing their cars, which made it take a bit longer to get a spot. But overall, the wash itself was excellent. Highly recommend checking it out, especially while the free 30-day deal is available! 👍

  I had a great experience at Tommy Express Car Wash thanks to Pri and Simar. From the moment I arrived, they were both very welcoming and professional. Pri made sure everything was running smoothly and took the time to answer my questions, while Simar was extremely friendly and attentive, making sure my car came out spotless. It’s clear they both take pride in their work and care about providing great customer service. The whole process was quick, efficient, and the quality of the wash was excellent. My car looked brand new when I left. Big thanks to Pri and Simar for the outstanding service — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

  I had a great experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. The service was fast, efficient, and my car came out looking extremely clean and shiny. I especially want to appreciate Priyanshu and Komal. They were both very friendly, professional, and helpful. They made sure everything went smoothly and provided excellent customer service. Their positive attitude and dedication really made the experience better. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Tommy’s Express Car Wash to anyone looking for a quick and high-quality car wash.

  Horrible car wash scratched my car like crazy you tell them about it they says it’s not from there wash when I never had scratches on my car before the mat wash is garbage and is always out of service and Ravi the manager is terrible very bad customer service tell the customer they are wrong and he’s always smoking his vape while talking to you very unprofessional my subscription was on its last day and he’s telling me it already ended when on the app it showed I still had a full day who ever the CEO is in the USA for this company big mistake opening your first location in Brampton,Ontario Canada of all places that place needs a new manger will never come back and will be advising a lot of people to stick to In & Out car wash in Brampton way better wash and service also what kind of car wash doesn’t offer touchless in 2026
