- LMLeanne MorganJan 29, 20251.0Nowhere does it state 15 mins u pay for half hour parking. Says 30 mins per half hour so one would assume you get charged after 30 mins. Pulled in, found a spot, got my toddler out of car, walked to door with slow walking toddler to be called and told procedures cancelled so walked back with slow walking toddler, got in car and then told me to pay the half hour price. I pressed help button to talk to girl and explain what happened and she told me she doesn’t care, everyone pays once it hits 15 mins but NOWHERE does it say this on an signage. Then I told her I only had Apple Pay and she said to walk back inside through the freezing cold parking lot to pay with my small child. Then she sends some guy to help me, who says if they had it posted on the sign about the 15 min rule that everyone would do it. Lmao. Do what? Pull in park for 14 mins and pull out? You can’t do anything in the hospital in less than 15 minutes ..what an idiot. Bunch of scam artists! Next time I’ll pay for taxi there and back before I ever park there again.
