- NANoah ArthurNov 28, 20251.0Back in April, I had tint and both interior and exterior underglow installed on my Elantra. The tint looked great at first, but after about a month it developed tiny bubbles all over. I brought the car back and was told it was “trapped dirt” and couldn’t be avoided. I was offered a re-wrap, but I asked to wait so it could be done closer to an upcoming car show. I also had footwell underglow installed. Not long after, my backup camera started glitching, throwing low-battery messages and random error codes. Every time I brought it back, I was told there was “no issue.” Eventually the shop closed for months, so I took my car to another place. That’s when I found out why my camera kept failing: instead of creating a proper fuse tap, they had sliced my factory camera wire and hooked the underglow directly into it. It was shorting out the camera the whole time. I ended up having to pay out of pocket to fix their electrical mistake, and now my camera warranty is probably void because of the wiring hack job. On top of that, my underglow doesn’t work and the tint still has bubbles. I spent around $1,500 on these upgrades, and with that money down the drain and no warranty support, the dream car I was trying to build ended up feeling like a hack job thanks to this shop. Overall, extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend this shop for tint or electrical installs I see you have commented on my review with no way of actually giving me a phone number to contact anyone in regards of my issues and experience. I’m stuck with what was done to my brand new vehicle and would like my money back at the end of the day
- DSDon SloanJul 23, 20251.0Had ppf applied on 7/3, then had to return on 7/11 due to a spot of the film lifting (a "finger" it's called). They pushed it back down with their squeegee, sent me on my way, and said if I had any more issues to come on back since the work was warrantied. Well, by the end of the day, the "finger" they pushed down had popped back up and by the next day several more had popped up. There are also other signs of poor application that I've discovered, in addition to the pieces on the mirrors looking like they are for a completely different car. Unfortunately, this location has not re-opened since that last day I was there, which naturally means my warranty & $2300 are out the window, so I am now going to have to pay another place to redo the job correctly! Not happy is an understatement! Additionally, pay no attention to the "owner" replies to these reviews as they are clearly automated and meaningless.
