Great experience with Camping World-Tulsa. Located and purchased a new Sprinter Van with great assistance from Jay/sales. Followed up by excellent customer service and extra effort from the service group - specifically Kyle and Russell. Russell specifically went above and beyond with his expertise on installing some additional van gear from Aluminess - tire rack, power lift bike rack, and storage box. All around great customer service from the crew at Camping World. For a first time buyer - the help was greatly appreciated.

We bought a used (2019) Forest River Toy Hauler from Camping World in Tulsa last December. We also paid extra for the extended warranty.
We brought it home, parked it under a car port, and only used it 3 times this year.
About a month a go my wife noticed that the trim in the passenger side front corner had popped loose. I pushed it back in to place and tried to put the screws back in, but they didn't hit anything solid.
I got in the storage box and pulled the flooring back, and all the wood near the cargo door is rotten. The screws along the bottom seam in the aluminum siding have pulled out all across the front of the trailer, and you can see daylight through a large portion of it.
We took it back and had camping world look at it. They said that the extended warranty doesn't cover that kind of damage, and gave us a $5500.00 dollar estimate to repair it.
We just brought it back home, of course, and I'll fix it myself, but Camping World does NOT stand behind their products or their warranties.
It's obvious this much damage didn't happen in the last 9 months, and like I said before, it's parked under a car port unless we're using it
Buyer Beware...

I’m 76 years old, and this was supposed to be my first RV—a chance to travel with my dogs and enjoy the road. Camping World advertised a small Coleman camper, so I went in open-minded and ready to learn. I told the sales team upfront: I don’t know much about RVs, except that slide-outs tend to break. I asked many questions while walking through the units, but was told, “We’ll answer everything at the end.” We skipped over everything. By the time we got to the end, I couldn’t even remember what I didn’t know—because none of it had been explained.
I had credit for a slide, but my concerns weren’t addressed. Instead, we ended up with a Pioneer BH250. I liked the concept, but it’s a bad example of a good camper. I didn’t know how tall it was, what accessories I needed, or even how to use basic features. I bought a generator based on assumptions because nobody could explain anything—except the sale. “Yup, it’s a camper,” was about the extent of it.
From day one, it’s been problem after problem:
The door latch wouldn’t close properly for nine months unless slammed.
Screws mysteriously fell out. Things popped loose.
Appliance modes? Still a mystery.
It has a battery, but I’m not sure why—seems like it only powers the jacks.
“Solar ready” apparently means nothing, since nobody offered or explained solar options.
The antenna? No clue. Sound system in the corner? No clue.
On my first trip home, I realized I needed weight distribution bars—another out-of-pocket expense I could’ve handled during the sale. Next trip, I cracked the AC unit on a low clearance. It took four months to get it back. Lost a whole season. Service never answered calls.
Then the awning strutt broke. Sat in the shop for two months. I called weekly, rarely got through—maybe once a month. Another lost trip. When I finally got it back, the awning started coming apart at the campsite. We were 800 miles from home on a Saturday, duct-taping it just to keep moving.
After the roof repair, I noticed the stove had been stepped on. They said it was like that before—no repair, no accountability. Two years in, I still barely understand the sewage system or the hose slots. I just want to give it back and forget this ever happened.
I loved the idea of RVing with my dogs. But this has been a crying nightmare. It’s back in the shop again—week two—and I’ve been calling for three days with no answer. I’m at the point where I hope someone sideswipes it or steals it. That’s how bad it’s gotten.
It’s one thing for something to fall short of expectations. It’s another to be left in the dark, made to feel stupid, and ignored when you ask for help. I kept going back because I thought a national chain would do the right thing. I was wrong.
The service guys are kind, but they’re short-staffed. Sales? No shortage of people willing to sell you something they don’t understand. This was my first camper—and my last. I know how to use a tent. Any good leads on a canvas tent?
