  Got to be the worst job I’ve ever had. Only leaving this review to save anyone else from wasting their time. I only applied/accepted this job temporarily because the start date at my healthcare job was a month out so I needed to make money in the meantime while I was getting ready to start there. Sales Associates in the booth are required to sell memberships and if you don’t sell enough within 2 weeks of starting they fire you on the spot. Employees here talk shit about customers if they don’t sign up for a membership. They lie and tell you during your interview that you’ll make alot of money with commission based on how many memberships you sell, but you don’t even get any commission until you’ve been there for at least 3 months, and the commission is only .5%. The manager here Sergio will lie and promise you a full time position with full time hours, then only schedule you 2-3 days a week. The lead here gets a power trip and acts as if she’s the manger, when really she’s just a team lead and that’s it. You’re not allowed to have breaks and you’re not allowed to sit down. They have video/audio cameras in the booth and they listen in to your conversations 24/7. I was only here for 2 weeks before I got fired because they told me I didn’t “sell enough memberships”. Which was fine because I was already planning on quitting once my clearance came through for my other job. Asked the manger that fired me Sergio for a termination later, said he would give me one and never did. He also told me he would give me my money back for the employee merch I ordered since we can only wear club car wash merch, he never gave me my money back and just completely ghosted me. I’m lucky because I already had another job lined up, but if you’re someone with bills to pay or kids to feed do not waste your time with this job

  Great carwash.... love the air hoses. Perfect if ur unable to wipe ur care down. Also, great response on the minor damage. Great group of guys and gals working there.
