  Super aggressive salespersons and will not accept no for an answer when asked if I want to purchase a membership. I tried nicely, but firmly telling the young lady today no several times, but she accused me of being unkind and not letting her talk. I come here because the wash and vacuums seem to be pretty good, but the last couple times I have come, the vacuums have been broken (hose not attached and I couldn’t get it to attach). I’ll just go back to Okie car wash. Please tell your employees not to be so aggressive about buying memberships!

  i was warmly welcomed by aiden! he was so sweet and very helpful recommending washes. my car looks amazing as well! will probably become my regular car wash.

  Club Car Wash – 164th & Western I stopped in for a car wash, but instead the experience quickly turned into a sales pitch for a membership. I realize staff are instructed to promote memberships, but when a customer politely says “no” once—or even twice—that should be respected. Instead, the conversation escalated to the point where I was told I didn’t need to “have an attitude,” which was disappointing and unprofessional. Not everyone wants to be tied into a plan. Some customers just want the convenience of stopping by, paying, and getting a good car wash without added pressure. When that option is overshadowed by repeated sales pushes, it takes away from the overall experience. There are plenty of other car wash choices in today’s market that provide good service without the extra hassle. Unfortunately, because of how this visit was handled, I left without getting my car washed and don’t plan on returning. Respectful, customer-focused service is just as important as the facility itself, and this location missed the mark. September 2, 2025 Club Car Wash – 164th & Western Unfortunately, this location just doesn’t seem to understand its customers. Once again, instead of simply being able to purchase a wash, the visit turned into another aggressive upsell attempt for a membership. This time, the staff went as far as saying that if I didn’t sign up, I was basically choosing to “pay a higher price for a car wash without donating money to a children’s hospital.” To then be told we were “hating on the kids” was absolutely unacceptable. That kind of guilt-tripping is manipulative, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer. The employee female involved should be seriously reprimanded for this behavior. No one should be shamed or pressured when all they want is a simple car wash. At this point, it’s clear this business is more focused on squeezing memberships out of people than on providing respectful, customer-centered service. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to consider whether they want to support a location that treats customers this way. Respect goes both ways, and Club Car Wash at 164th & Western has once again missed the mark.

  The wash was fine however the customer service was horrible. I understand suggestive selling but this was way over the line. I shouldn't have to say no 7 times(forcefully after the third time) while being talked over the entire time. Then to top it off with a rude and snarky comment when I didn't change my mind at the end. If they don't like selling a single wash then don't offer it.
