Once I came out and parked to wipe my vehicle off, I noticed little tiny swirled scratches all over my hood. I made a claim thinking they would make it right and at least offer to pay for a buff and wax since I WAS a member and that they could obviously see the vehicle was NOT scratched before it went it. But NOPE, they denied any wrong doing and have lost me as a monthly subscriber. I used Watershed for many years before this chain opened in my area, and never had an issue! Stay clear of this place!!
