There was only one service righter there and he was running around like a wild person helping everyone. I would recommend this place to everyone. I am very pleased. Thank you.

The finanance departemt manager howrver., was a complete disaster. Paula was ude and no personality at all. I will never ever revommend her to any of my friends. - PSPaulette SangsterOct 27, 20255.0I’ve dealt with many Camping World service departments due to the many and I mean many problems we’ve encountered after purchasing our Thor Hurricane RV from Camping World Ashland, VA; however, the service we received from Bryan Brunkhurst today in Oklahoma City, OK deserves rave review! I contacted Bryan on Saturday, almost closing time and he tried to assist us from the moment, we contacted him. He knew we were traveling cross country, so he went ahead and scheduled us for an early Monday morning appt, to correct the issue. Bryan was caring, sincere, professional, and he put our worries on ease. Bryan, thank you thank you thank you. I sure wish other Camping World employees cared the way you did!
- SSShelby SuttonOct 6, 20251.0Bought a travel trailer on August 16 2025, a brand new keystone. We additionally purchase each warranty that they offered to cover said trailer, which was an additional 6,000 plus. By September 10th 2025 the siding was ripping off going down the highway. Took the camper to camping world 9/12/25 and dropped it off with the expectation that they would file a claim with manufacturer or whatever warranty needed and get it fixed. As of 10/6/25 they still have not started the repairs or supposedly heard back about the claim. I’m beginning to wonder if they even filed the claim because one of the times I called for an update the lady I spoke to told me she was waiting on parts then proceeded to tell me they hadn’t filed the claim because the claims employee had quick, then told me they just haven’t heard back about the claim. I don’t know why we wasted money on all the warranties for a camper we can’t even use or get fixed. This is the most poorly ran business, extremely unprofessional and I cannot begin to explain my frustration with them. I will be contacting keystone and an attorney.
