- ZSZane SchwarzOct 6, 20251.0Club Car Wash damaged my vehicle at their Norman, OK location and refused to take responsibility. During my wash, the truck in front of me failed to exit, and even though I held my brakes and laid on my horn for several seconds, the conveyor system kept pushing my car forward. The wash wasn’t stopped in time, and my car was forced into the back of the truck. After the wash, I found fresh rim damage, front-end scratches, and new side scratches that were absolutely not there before. I filed a detailed claim with photos and proof that I’d used this wash over 11 times(30+) without issue — and they still denied it, pretending their system wasn’t at fault. When I called to follow up, their representative went as far as to personally threaten me on the phone, saying “Next time, we have you recorded — so if you let your car run into the one in front of you, we’ll use this audio to disprove it.” That level of hostility and arrogance is unreal for a customer service rep. This company’s response was unethical, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They damaged my car, denied my claim, and then tried to intimidate me. I’ll never return to any Club Car Wash, and I strongly recommend others avoid this chain entirely. (I was a member for ~3 years until today)
