    ***VEHICLE WILL BE DAMAGED WITHOUT REPAIR*** I recently visited the Club Car Wash at 1317 N. Moore Avenue, Moore, OK, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. As my vehicle exited the wash, the conveyor system lurched abnormally. Shortly after, I discovered a long, smooth scrape along the outer edge of one rim — perfectly aligned with the height of a conveyor guide rail. The tire itself was completely untouched, which is consistent with the type of contact a rim would make if it rubbed against a hard, fixed surface like a conveyor track. The damage is a clean, even line, not the rough, uneven pattern you’d see from curb rash or a pothole impact. It’s exactly what you’d expect if a car wash conveyor pushed the wheel into a guide rail during a jolt or misalignment. Despite providing photos and a clear explanation, the company’s claim representative, Emily, dismissed the issue entirely, saying the damage was “inconsistent” with their equipment — without offering any actual inspection or supporting evidence. As a longtime Club Car Wash member who’s never had a single issue until now, this lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating. Accidents happen, but refusing to even investigate fairly is unacceptable. I will be canceling my memberships and will be pursuing reimbursement through the proper channels.
