- FPfaisal punjwani4 days ago1.0Lied to me about first month free and when I contacted customer care center they made me look stupid and then arguing about can't refund because I used it afcourse I am going to use it cause it wasn't charge on the spot she said she need my card on file so she can charge me next month but after I got to bank it was charged on the same day. Be careful when you are giving your details and signing the contract. Contacted customer care she said she's gonna speak to supervisor and you will hear back from us on Monday since it's Saturday supervisor isn't in. And today is Thursday haven't heard anything. Location was N Rockwell Ave oklahoma city. Next to 7 eleven.

- RSR Marie SchroederAug 19, 20251.0My husband and I visited the 178th and Penn location on August 18. The young lady who greeted us was relatively pleasant at first. When she asked my husband if he wanted a membership, he politely said “no, thank you” She became insistent, asking him 2 additional times, with slightly different wording, if he wanted a membership. He politely declined each time. After he declined the final time, she frowned, took his credit card, and passive aggressively said, “I wish I had that type of disposable income” (rudely implying that he declined because he has a lot of disposable income…as if she has any knowledge about my husband and I at all). He declined because we got back into town from a trip at almost 3am that day and we were trying to quickly clean road dust and bugs off and get home. We didn’t have the time, interest, or need for the membership at the time. The greeter’s attitude guaranteed that we will not return. There are several other local car washes that will not harass us if we decide to exercise free will and decline buying a membership.
