- SCSarah CoffmanOct 3, 20251.0I don't ever post reviews, especially if they will be negative, but this needs to be known about their aggressive sales tactics. Today, 10/3/25, I attempted to visit this particular car wash to get a single wash done. It was attempted to sign me up for a membership which I politely declined at minimum 5 times but the attendant refused to accept my answer and would not drop the topic. I do not wish to have a membership, but do occasionally use the car wash as it does clean my car well. After he refused to accept my response I told him to either accept my decline and allow me to pay for a single wash or I would not be paying for a wash today. He would rather of lost the single wash (which he did, I drove off afterwards after he raised the gate once I made the statement) over a membership sign up. The entire interaction was unprofessional and showed he cares more about membership numbers than providing a service to a willing customer.
