  The car wash is decent but they train their sales stuff to be EXTREMELY pushy for the monthly service. I counted on my fingers as I told the girl SIX TIMES that I did not want the monthly membership. And then she still came back without my credit card, trying to sell me the monthly membership. I complained to the manager and manager said “she is just doing her job.” I guess for these two ladies and the owner of this wash, no definitely does not mean no. Go down the street a mile to a competitor and they are very polite and only ask twice. This place is the worst I have ever seen as far as being pushy, and obviously they are trained that way by ownership. Lots of other car washes around so skip this place.

  I live in Indiana, this Carwash is in Oklahoma. I just wanted a quick simple wash during my road trip and was met by an extremely pushy and condescending attendant. She was reluctant on me signing up for their unlimited plan and after hearing that I’m from across the country she told me that I’m just “throwing away $10 by getting my car washed today.” It took more time to get past her sales pitch than it took to get through the car wash.

  They will scratch your car and not do anything about it. I know that shouldn't be a surprise because that's what you can expect from most car washes but learn from my mistake. I'd had my car for 3 weeks, so I was pretty aware of its current condition. Took it through this wash only to have it scratched all down one side. Looks to me like it was from the track that drags your car through the car wash. They took photos and opened a claim and then emailed saying "not our fault 🤷‍♀️".

  When a customer tells you they’re not interested in your membership, take the no. Do not repeatedly high pressure sell them. Results in people like myself leaving you a bad review and never returning. If you’re wanting a quick wash, find another place, you’ll be stuck at check out while they hold your credit card trying to get you to sign up for a service you don’t want.

  I have had multiple of issues with this car wash. Between the pushy salesperson and the fact that its has messed up the paint on my Tesla twice. I would recommend going to the blvd and 33rd location. Better service and have had issues with their equpiment. Company is pretty good over all, just cant stand this wash.
