You can't ever book the reservation because the Home Depot dept doesn't answer the phone, or if you go in person they can't accessed reservation properly, what year are we living in? Home Depot employees in charge of Penske rentals did not know how to complete the rental agreement without assistance from a Penske representative. The price quoted in the reservation was considerably less than what we were told when we went to get the truck. We spoke with a Penske rep who told us the policy is to pay upfront. The Home Depot employee was unable to see anything in the contract because it could not be printed.
