- KAKris AntonDec 16, 20251.0Car was dropped off Monday morning 7am. No contact from dealer till Wednesday when I had to call. Most answers I got were “I don’t know, we’re busy”. Went up there spoke to service manager who said they are firing Candice due to her inept ability to provide service to customers and extreme rudeness. No answer till Friday when again I had to go up there. The other service writer is amazing and very helpful. Candice still employed at this time and still “handing our ticket” but again providing NO help. Told might be key issue. Dropped off extra key Saturday am. Monday no answer. Tuesday finally told the issue and would be fixed by Wednesday. Wednesday no answer. Thursday car is ready $800 please. Absolutely terrible customer service. Chrysler doesn’t care about surveys anymore so there’s no customer service manager. They deleted our email off the service ticket and wouldn’t add it back in knowing we’d submit an angry survey to Chrysler. Just awful experience and will never be back there. Tires were low on pick up, no one offered a wash n vac. The lady taking our $800 never said a word. It was wild. They used to have a great department but this is auto sales post Covid I presume.
- BBBrylanOct 8, 20251.0I would not recommend merit to no one I went to look at a price on my truck they refused that and told me I had the choice to leave purchase or trade in so I traded in did not get what I wanted at all on the test drive I mentioned problems with the vehicle I told them about it they kept telling me come back come back come back so I did then to tell me they can't do anything because it's not on the warranty I begin to tell them no it doesn't matter these are things I mentioned on the test drive that y'all said y'all would fix out of y'all's pocket then begin to tell me that I need to pay for it so now as I'm purchasing a 12 13 thousand dollar truck that I am paying 38 thousand for without interest there's about 15 thousand dollars worth of fixing I have to do I will never go there again and do not recommend anyone to go there themselves
