I called again and spoke with Dustin, who set an appointment to look at my vehicle but never showed. When I called back, he said he had an emergency and would contact me the following week, but I never received a follow-up. I even sent a video when requested and still heard nothing. Both men seemed nice, but the lack of communication was very disappointing. They came highly recommended, so I’m truly disappointed.
