  I had the pleasure of working with Braden Risser as my sales representative, and he truly went above and beyond. He was patient, attentive, and worked closely with both me and my husband to find the perfect vehicle that fit our needs and budget. We traveled over an hour to work with Braden because of a car they had on the lot and because of the communication skills he had with us and the bad experiences we had at our kia dealership near home. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I drove away thrilled in a brand-new 2025 Kia K4 GT-Line Turbo—and I absolutely love it! The car is fun to drive, stylish, and packed with great features.   Awesome experience with our Salesman Logan! Very knowledgeable and professional. Worked hard to get us in the perfect vehicle for us with a good trade and good payment on our new ‘26 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss! Our Finance Manager, Ian, was equally as amazing! Searching for the best rate with multiple lenders, even getting us an extra $100 a month off our monthly payments. He could have just as easily not worked as hard and left us with a bigger payment. And he was BUSY that Saturday we went in! Loved our experience. Best new car/truck purchase I’ve ever had in all my years buying vehicles!

  Incredibly impressed with the patience and professionalism I experienced with Joshua in sales, Cody in management, and Tyler in finance. Rebuilding after difficult circumstances is already challenging and emotional, but every step of my purchase was met with transparency and validation of my concerns. I knew my purchase would require creativity, but all three gentlemen were a class act and went to great lengths to work a deal that felt good - I left not just with a vehicle that made financial sense, but that I will genuinely enjoy driving. I’m a firm believer that how you feel and how you’re treated is almost as important as what is accomplished, and this team did a fine job on both counts.   I had a fantastic experience working with Gavin. He did an outstanding job helping me find the right car for my situation and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. After we found a great vehicle, I had an unexpected emergency and needed to switch to a different car. Gavin didn’t hesitate. He came in on his day off and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish. He stayed with me through the entire process and made sure I left the dealership completely satisfied.   5 Stars - Excellent Resolution & Great Team! My wife and I haven't bought a vehicle in 16 years, so this was a big milestone for us. While we had a bit of a rocky start with some communication and delivery delays, I am incredibly impressed with how the leadership at Jeff Wyler Kia Springfield handled it. Our salesman, Hunter Jacks, is newer to the team but was a true professional. He worked hard to keep us informed and even offered to deliver the car on his own time to ensure we were taken care of. Most importantly, the manager, Scott Semler, went above and beyond to earn our trust. He personally saw to it that the car was 100% ready for the next 100,000 miles. He authorized a full mechanical refresh at no cost to us—including new tires, new brakes/rotors, and all vital coolant flushes. They turned a frustrating situation into a stellar deal. It's clear that Scott and his team care more about a long-term relationship than a quick sale. If you want a dealership that stands behind their vehicles and their word, go see Hunter and Scott.
