    So I should have done this three years ago, but the whole ordeal with them was awful. They had my car for several months, and left it outside with the hood front bumper destroyed no cover no nothing in snow and sun. For some reason I had to point out all the damage and tell insurance person how to do there job. They literally just slapped everything back on and told me sorry it’s not like it’s a Camry or Corolla. As you can see Matt sent me his number told me to send the photos and he’d get back with me on the phone. Matt never responded and I think 3 years is long enough time😂 Jeff Wyler sucks on both occasions buying the car from them to find out rust is on the tailgate to missing a mirror cover that they said they would send to my address no. Never got it. Even after calling several times. I put 5000 down and it was first time buying a car from a dealer and later on when paying it off I realized not a dime went too the loan. All I can say is buying a car from them is the most Springfield shady shit you could imagine and getting it fixed they’ll just slap everything together and say ah sorry we don’t do anything other than Camry or Corolla😂 alright bud. The turn signal also never worked and when I bought it from them the checkers apparently have a bulb in them that just never worked so I never realized there freaking lights not reflectors. When we went to buy the car originally it started off bad, told us it would be ready on Monday at another dealership and it had to be serviced, only to find out from calling the other dealership that it had already been serviced and someone was coming in on Friday or Saturday and the salesman just wanted the deal and didn’t care if someone else bought it unless he made a deal off it. Jeff Wyler does not care about you or your car they care about where they can trick you into giving you there money. The photos arent the best but I’ve fixed everything since then. One of the bumper clips is broke and was never replaced or they just broke it bc they didn’t care. The pillar was supposed to be fixed but I’m supposed to be a inspector and tell them everything that needs fixed.i didn’t take a photo of the bumper straight on but it was terrible and you could see they had no care. The grill clips half were bent out bc they slap it in and said yes this is good.

    Where do I even begin? I took my car in months ago they ordered parts for my vehicle before I even took it in so it wasn't just sitting there because my car was still drivable after the wreck. They let my car sit there for three weeks before opening it up and finding they needed additional parts. I got two different stories between the manager and the person in charge of my car. Which is a whole different story on the lack of communication between the people there because no one can tell us anything except the one person that is on our case. They let my rental car max out since they left it sitting for three weeks without touching it and the manager said they couldn't give us a vehicle because it wasn't on them.... So it's been all of August and September. They told us last week it was in paint and be done by Friday we call and they say the guy in charge of our case it's off of work and that was a lie it was actually the tech that was off for two days. We call back this is Wed. for them to tell us the car is being put back together..... NOW they offer us a rental car when I've been borrowing a car for over a month. They also told us we would get money off of our deductible to have someone come back and say that's illegal and they shouldn't have even suggested it. The lack of communication and customer service is ridiculous. They say will be done by Friday but I've heard that so many times I can't even believe it. Do not take your car here!! Save yourself time and a headache and go somewhere else where you are valued as a customer.

    My car, MsDuke, is a 1997 Toyota Camry I received in 2000 as a '13th' wedding anniversary 'gift' so he could divorce me later and thought he'd automatically get the car... you see how that turned out. This week, I was super upset that my car died a month after being oil changed and checked. Cassandra was sweet, and beyond patient! She found out my tires had gone bad from dry rot on the inside wall, even though the treads were still great. That's cuz I only live a Mike and a half from work and very low mileage. Appreciate her cheerful patience investigating further and g jnding out from the tech. MsDuke was treated as well as if she'd gone to a spa. (New clutch and flywheel) and the van to drive you home and easy get loaner car were priceless when I was super busy at work, and work weekends, and had all my Thanksgiving shopping on Friday to do without a car... A+ service!
