Worst experience ever. Not even worthy of one star. I called about a car and they said they would draft the paperwork for me. I didn't hear back from them for hours, so I called and they said their system was down. They said they would keep me updated. No one ever updated me. I had to keep calling and asking for updates. I was told they needed a part for their system from Cincinnati. Another day went by without hearing from them. I was told the system was back up and running but kept crashing. Then I was contacted by a different employee who stated there was a lot of interest in the car I was trying to buy and asked if I was still interested. I told them I had been trying to buy it for days. They said they would speak to a manager and get back to me. Big surprise, they didn't get back to me. I messaged them again. More of a run around. I told the salesman after the first day when it felt like he was blowing me off, if he didn't want to sell the car to me (I told him I wasn't going to use their financing) to just let me know and we would go somewhere else. He assured me that wasn't the case. Clearly it was the case. The first time I spoke to the salesman, I let him know I was out of state and trying to buy this car for my son who is still in Ohio for college and was trying to get home for the holiday. They wasted so much time, he missed coming home. Awful way to treat a military member and their family.

While your response is a perfect response, your team has still failed to contact me. This is just more dishonesty from your dealership. No one has reached out concerning this issue. It was “reported” to management multiple times. I am still waiting….

They called the day after my edit and told me they had no idea the car they claimed they were selling me was sold at one of their partnering dealerships. So if you are going to buy a car from them, apparently they can drag you along for days/weeks without knowing if the car is actually available and they won't communicate with you at all during that time. Best of luck! They did ask me if I am still in the market to buy a car. With them? Absolutely not. Not when they still could not bring themselves to be honest about the situation or take ownership of the lack of communication. Zero integrity.

The entire process took too long. Walked in at 12:30 with an appointment and didn’t leave until 6:30. When you buy a $60,000 car you kind of expect a little more razzle dazzle but I guess those days are gone. I hate buying a new car and this experience didn’t change that at all. Dave was cool and put up with my nonsense. It was a meh experience and nothing to brag about.

Just purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid from Jeff Wyler in Springfield Oh. Highly recommend and thank them for a wonderful experience. Met several of the “moving parts” there and am impressed with their work on my behalf. It’s rare to work with any large group and find them all to be so helpful.
