I didn't buy a car from deiderick, THANK GOD, but I took my own car in for repairs and $1700 $ later its the same as when I brought it in, now they to keep it for 24 hrs. , charge of at least $500, for so you can keep nickel and diming me to death, NOT TRUSTWORTHY at all. I don't know how deiderick and his head mechanic sleep at night. VERY SHADY

The extreme heat that week probably made some underlying issues much worse. I called Diederick Motors, and they could not have been more helpful. They truly took pity on my predicament and told me to bring the car right in. My vehicle needed special parts, and instead of making me wait days, they personally drove to the warehouse to get them so the work could start right away. It was a big repair, but they worked tirelessly and had my car fixed in about 24 hours just in time for my trip back home. Everyone there was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. A special thanks to Tatiana, my main contact, who went above and beyond to keep me updated every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire crew at Diederick Motors for turning what could have been a stressful vacation disaster into a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Their software system was efficient and I knew the process and approvals in real time. Tatiana was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping. Absolutely no down side to this interaction or shop.
