- CBChris BeaverOct 31, 20242.0I rented a truck from thier Salem, OH. Location. They went out for the inspection before I took the truck and said all was good to go. When I went out to get in I inspected the truck finding the frt tires is horrible condition. The right frt being the worst having steel cords showing and very heavily cupped/out of round. I went back in grabbed a different representative who went and checked it. I had no choice but to take the truck as it was all they had available. They stated I would receive a discount for the issue yet didn't see it on the bill anywhere. This truck should not have ever been rented out as it was and probably still is dangerous. I have yet to get a call from anyone to ask what can be done for the sierous issue. I don't recommend using them unless your going to check over thier vehicle with the representative in frt of you. I'm sure if they want to retain business they would call. I'll be waiting.
