Before we left we asked several people how do we get our plate? They all answered we will send you the plate in the mail. Once we got out to our camper we had no temp tag, my wife went back in asked for the temp plate and also asked how will we get our plate? She was told the same thing, we live in Michigan the dealership is in Ohio so it was a valid question but the assured us they would do it. 5 weeks later we call the dealership, hey when will we have our plate? Oh we will mail to to you by the end of this week. Later that week we got an Ohio title and a letter saying to take this to a BMV and get your plates. So we figured it was just a simple error, my wife calls the dealership and they act like she is dumb to think they would process the plates and title for us. Later on I received a call from them also saying I must be mistaken and nobody can or has even done this for a customer in or out of camping world when in reality I’ve bought campers, cars, trucks, motorcycles and have never once had to go to the secretary of state when buying from a dealership in or out of Michigan. So according to camping world this is luxury not for the common man and they will not being doing this or have ever done this before so you must go the Secretary of State yourself, which would not be a big deal if at least 5 different people didn’t tell us otherwise and if the Ohio title had the information Michigan needs. So to recap salesman was great, everything else was trash, would not recommend buying anything from these people, a simple I’m sorry we overlooked this or something other than telling us nobody would have told you this. Don’t like it, i wouldn’t by a Barbie toy camper from them
