When I arrived, the front desk employee named Angel greeted me with immediate frustration, making it clear I was an inconvenience. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed and was hoping for some guidance, but Angel was completely unwilling to help. When I told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude, he quickly responded by yelling and swearing at me, completely unprofessional behavior. I left and went directly to Best Truck Equipment, where the staff were knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to help. I won’t be returning here and would strongly recommend others go elsewhere.
