- VTValerie TemelisNov 15, 20251.0I am disputing charges from star Brite car wash. I tried to use the vacuum. It was a card transaction but it did not work.. When i checked my card nothing was there so I thought it was just broken. 15 mins later there was a $10.00 authorization against my credit card. It was supposed to be for $1.00 to use the vacuum but it didn't even come on. There wasn't anyone on site to speak to. No one at the phone number and the listed website is down. Don't give them your credit card information.

Unfortunately, I was dtill frustrated, as the system did not adequately clean my vehicle. When I talked to the staff to express my concerns, I was not offered any resolution. The lack of customer service was very discouraging, and poorly demonstrated. Just say no to Star-brute carwash. They don’t get your car clean.
