Brad told me the job would take a few days and I was fine with not having a vehicle for a couple days. A couple of days later, I was driving home from work using another vehicle and I saw the vehicle I had dropped off to Brad being driven around Medina. I followed the car to Walgreen's and it was his son who "borrowed" my vehicle while Brad was out of town. Being the nice person I am, I did not decide to press charges, though I could have for unauthorized use of a vehicle. I never thought something like that would happen while dropping my car off to get fixed. It gets better though. I called a couple of days later and told the woman who answers the phone for Brad's Auto that I would like to speak to Brad. I told her who I was and left my phone number. Never heard back from him. I called two or three more times just to have the lady take a message and never to hear from Brad. At least take responsibility for your son's actions and call back with something as simple as an apology. I was nice enough not to press charges on your son whole stole my vehicle to take it for a joy ride. Never again will I go to Brad's Auto.
