We can’t say enough good things about Old Pride Truck Center! Our truck started shaking on the freeway on our way to Hocking Hills, and we were so worried. We pulled into their shop, and they got us in right away. They lifted the truck, diagnosed the issue immediately, and had us safely back on the road in less than an hour! The team was honest, caring, and truly made our safety their top priority. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care like that — we’re so thankful for their quick help and kindness. Highly recommend!

My water pump bit the dust on Saturday night at the truck stop just down the road. I called Sunday morning and Steve actually came by within minutes to take a look! The pump was not available on a Sunday but I got down to the shop Monday and Steve and Suzi bent over backwards to get me back on the road later that afternoon! I could tell that they actually cared! Good people!

Rob and his guys (Steve)were more than willing to put a tow bar plate and wiring harness on my Jeep to be towed behind my RV. They did a great job for a reasonable price.

My box truck broke down and I had to tow it to this family-owned mechanic shop. The price was fair, and they fixed it right away, even gave me a discount. The issue was with the inner crank pulley, and they diagnosed it immediately.
Susie, the wife, kindly drove me to the gas station and even offered to pick me up the next day. Steve, the husband, had just been discharged from the hospital, yet he was still willing to repair my truck the same day.
When I came back the next day to pick up my truck, Susie gave me free water and donuts to take on the road because she knew I was hungry.
What a place. I’ll definitely recommend this shop to anyone with a truck breakdown near the Columbus area. This place truly feels like home for us truckers. If I was a local, i'll be going there everyday just to hang out with the people. That's how nice they were.

I was referred to this shop by a friend. Because we were a thousand miles from home I was very nervous but had to have my Freightliner Sport Chassis suspension repaired before the long ride home. First impression over the phone I felt better for the lady I spoke to was very nice. Upon arrival at the shop I was more than impressed with how organized and clean the shop was by far the cleanest big truck shop I have ever seen. They took my truck in immediately after patiently listening to every detail I could give about what I was experiencing. Then knowing I was from out of town the owner offered me a ride back to the campground I was staying at, although I already had a ride lined up this was much appreciated. The repairs took less than 24 hrs to complete which involve a new bushing in the frontend and some repairs to my rear airbag adjustment valve. The repairs totaled around $500.00 and the truck preformed perfect all the way home. I would like to give a big thanks to the owner, the girl at the counter and the mechanic at Old Pride and i would strongly recommend this shop for you don't see service like this very often anymore.
