- ARAdam RichardsOct 28, 20251.0Osgars misdiagnosed the extent of damages to my vehicle and will not admit fault in doing so. They failed to completely check the extent of damage to the ac system or if it functioned properly prior to making their assessment. So I now have have a vehicle that the ac system does not work and my insurance will not fix it. The local mechanic has my car wanting payment for diagnosing the problem in which I have no fault in. I didn't request it to be sent to them, and I surely did not agree to pay for the diagnosis either. General manager at Osgars deflected any questions and concerns I had with them for not performing their job completely, and ultimately hung up on me when I questioned him if it was neglectful for them to not have checked the ac system prior to diagnosing the vehicle. I am very frustrated by their lack of concern for the issues I am having. But I will say, they sure took payment from my insurance company easily enough. Absolutely will not recommend Osgars to any one based on their customer service and apparent lack of attention to detail in assessing all issues with my vehicle prior to submitting pricing to my insurance company.

My car was fixed quickly and looks like new again. Excellent service, great communication, and quality work. Highly recommend Osgar’s if you ever need body repairs!

After we had are truck picked up from this place, it has been nothing but a nightmare as they charged for parts and work and alignments that they NEVER did... 3 other certified mechanics looked at our truck and our bill, and were amazed on what this place so called fixed but did not, but charged for... Mike was zero help throughout the process and does nothing but argue basic questions most people would like to know when spending thousands on a simple insurance claim. The literally made the vehicle worse and scammed us. 3 statements later and its been proven after almost 8k, they only did about 1200.00 in actual work / parts / labor. Nothing but lies from Mike and when it was all said and done, they said your truck is ready and good to go. They literally left the truck un drivable and a death trap. But they dont care, they already got there insurance claim $.... STAY AWAY !!!!! NOTHING BUT UNTALENTED SCAM ARTISTS at this Mansfield location.... STILL DEALING WITH ISSUES THEY CREATED..... PURE TRASH PEOPLE AT OSGARS!!!!!
